Sam Wannamaker, was born and raised in Spokane, WA. Sam oversees our regulatory and compliance operations and, with over 28 years’ experience as a certified supervisor, he continues to give onsite training and ensures our crew follow safety protocols.
Mr. Wannamaker’s top priority is to provide an efficient and safe environment for our community through the removal of dangerous hazardous materials. He will ensure the best and safest route to get the job done with the experienced staff and workers.

Jeff Robinson
Vice President and Lead Estimator
Mr. Robinson is a certified building inspector, providing inspection services and true and accurate estimates for abatement purposes.
His knowledge comes through his previous employment in the restoration services, where he worked for eight years.
With his understanding of how buildings are designed, he is adept at testing certain areas for asbestos, determining where mold could possibly hide, and where these hazards are. He also knows what could contain lead based on the test that he has performed.
Mr. Robinson will fully inform you of what hazards may be present if left unchecked.
